¼ª²ÊÍøÍøÕ¾'s series kicks off another season of free concerts at American Tobacco in Durham with Thursday night's show featuring and . The concert is at 6 p.m. and is family and pet-friendly.
The Old Ceremony, based in Chapel Hill and fronted by songwriter Django Haskins, has been a regional favorite for more than a decade. "There is... a cinematic, imagistic quality to many of Haskins' lyrics that make for an often surrealistic, emotional listen," wrote critic Matt Collar in his of the band's 2012 release Fairytales and Other Forms of Suicide.
